Bonnie Chung is an award-winning entrepreneur and founder of Miso Tasty, the UK’s first brand dedicated to miso. Miso Tasty’s products are available in over 1,000 stores in the UK and have featured in The Sunday Times, The Guardian, The Daily Telegraph, Olive, Red online and many other publications. Before this, she worked as a private chef and ran one of London’s first supper clubs, where she showcased her love of Japanese food. Miso Tasty is her first book and is published by Pavilion. Her second book, Tofu Tasty, will be published in 2021.
