Liz Fraser is a writer and broadcaster on all aspects of modern family life. She has presented and been a frequent guest on national TV and radio for more than 20 years, and has written for the Sunday Times, Guardian, Grazia, Glamour, Marie Claire, Red, the Daily Mail, Mother and Baby, Runner’s World and many others. Liz has four children, ranging in age from twenty-three to three and is an annoyingly competitive 10km and half-marathon runner. She lives in Oxford with her partner, Mike, and their daughter, Scout. Her memoir, Coming Clean: a True Story of Love Addiction and Recovery, tracing her own journey as she came to terms to with Mike’s alcohol addiction, will be published by Bloomsbury Green Tree in 2021.
